QR codes are a great way to make stories, and documentation panels come alive. We use a free QR reader app on an old iPhone to “read” the room. Children’s drawings can have a quick QR label linked to a dropbox audio recording of the childĀ telling about their story, or reading it.
Documentation panels can have several QR codes linked to video or audio. Books can have a sticker on the inside with a parent or teacher’s audio recording. Trees and plants outside can have QR code labels and descriptions. You can record, create and post directly from a smart phone in a couple minutes with a little experience. Try a free QR reader on your smart phone to listen to my friend, Zander’s, “Sounds of the Jungle!” Just scan the QR code below! Lots of possibilities!
